All our homes and villas are lovely, but some are better than others, and offer extras, so they cost a little more, which is to be expected. This does mean that we have a large range of homes at different rates, so we have something for everyone's budget.  

 Listed below is a guide to the villa and home prices. The rates quoted are in US$ and are per night INCLUDING all local tax.
The prices are to be used as a guide as all homes vary. 
The UK£ rates listed are a very rough guide as the exchange rate is always altering, so we only book homes in US$.
